* Additional Catch-up Contributions: If you, or your spouse, are between the ages of 55 and 65, there is an additional catch-up contribution available to you. Maximum catch-up contribution amount is $1,000 per eligible spouse. These contributions are prorated for both the number of whole months you are covered under an individual or family plan and are between the ages of 55 and 65 and not enrolled in medicare. Please consult a competent tax advisor to determine your eligibility and to aid you with this calculation.
